Here are some of my teaching and mentoring experiences:

Trainer – Huawei Technologies

2024

At Huawei Technologies, I delivered training sessions and practical guidance in SOC operations, cloud security, and cybersecurity best practices.

• Designed and facilitated hands-on labs for students and junior colleagues.
• Focused on real-world security challenges including intrusion detection, incident response, and cloud infrastructure protection.
• Helped new engineers transition smoothly into security and IT roles.

Student Tutor – Cybersecurity & Computing

2019

As a Student Tutor at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), I supported junior students between 2019 and 2022 in multiple areas of cybersecurity and computing, including:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) and algorithms
• Software engineering principles
• Cryptography and secure communications
• Computer networking

I also guided peers on research proposals and final year projects in cybersecurity and applied machine learning.
This mentoring helped improve students’ academic performance and strengthened research output.
